Peaches were on sale, so I decided to make Peach-Blueberry Cobbler to take to a potluck. It wasn't golden brown after the 60 minutes the recipe called for, so I baked it an extra 13. It was probably ready after 7 or 10 extra, but I wanted to be sure that the batter that might have fallen between and under the peaches was fully cooked (and not gooey).

Everyone liked this. I liked that it had a very high fruit-to-topping ratio. It wasn't overly bready. The topping was sweet, but I don't think it was overly so. It was more cake-like than biscuit-like. This was a dish that wasn't too heavy.
I might make this again. Honestly, though, I think I prefer cobblers with a heavier, more biscuit-like topping. This is definitely the healthier recipe, though, and so I do recommend it.
