2eggs
2cupsbuttermilk
4tablespoonsunsalted buttermelted
Instructions
Stir together dry ingredients (through sugar). Whisk in eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter. Set aside for 5 minutes while you heat the griddle.
Scoop ⅓ cup batter per pancake onto the griddle. Cook for 3 minutes on the first side, then flip and cook for 2 minute on the other side, until golden brown.
